System:

The self-developed software allows flexible and simple operation of the seamless underwear machine. Importing graphics is easy, and the industrial control diagram and operating system are simple to use. The system can be divided into multiple layers, with each layer having the ability to adjust the size of the adhesive strip. The design combines the spray point and silicone gel line, and when using dual silicone gel valves, it is possible to individually apply circular strips, scrape or offset the gel. It is also possible to combine circular strips with offset strips or scraping pieces. The same pattern can be applied to two pieces simultaneously. When combining the spray valve with the silicone gel valve, it is possible to apply the spray point separately or combine the silicone gel with PUR spray point technology. The spray point can be used for drawing lines, offset strips, and scraping techniques.

 

Dispensing Valve:

The AB adopts dynamic mixing, ensuring even adhesive mixing and high precision of the valve for a neat dispensing finish. The dispensing valve can rotate 360 degrees, accommodating various line variations.

 

AB Supply Drum:

1:1 ratio, uniform ratio, monitoring of AB ratio configuration to avoid the inability to detect adhesive ratio imbalance in a timely manner. Built-in reflux device, more suitable for matching adhesives of various viscosities.
